We are starting January 11. 100 days, that\u2019s all. If you fast continuously for 14 days, that will count for 28 days. If you fast continuously for 14 days, that will count for 28 days. If you fast continuously for 21 days, that will count for 63 days.<\/p>\n<p style=\"max-width: 100%;\">\u201cEach day will be three if you fast 21 days continuously\u2014that\u2019s 63 years. If you fast continuously for 30 days, that will count for 100 days.<\/p>\n<p style=\"max-width: 100%;\">&#8220;If you are 70 and over, you are released, but if you want to join, by 3 p.m., you are released instead of 6 p.m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"max-width: 100%;\">\u201cIf you are 80, you can break by noon if you insist on joining us. Don\u2019t let anybody deceive you into thinking I said this because I\u2019m already over 80. I will do the single ones, and in the middle, I\u2019ll do enough continuous fasting to cover the whole 100 days. I\u2019m not leading from behind, and by the grace of God, in the end, we\u2019ll remain healthy and strong.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"max-width: 100%;\">However, a\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif; color: #333333; background: white;\">TikToker, Olumide \u2018Sea King\u2019 Ogunsanwo<\/span>\u00a0recently criticised Adeboye for declaring 100 days fast.<\/p>\n<p style=\"max-width: 100%;\">Some youth members of the RCCG have since got the young man arrested for abusing Adeboye, who they called &#8220;Daddy GO.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"max-width: 100%;\">But in his response,\u00a0the 82 years old cleric explained that he did not ask Nigerians to fast, stating that the directive was to his children (members of the church).<\/p>\n<p style=\"max-width: 100%;\">While speaking at the February Holy Ghost Service on Friday, the popular cleric said,\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif; color: #333333; background: white;\">\u201cHe (God) told us at the beginning of this year that mockers would become more active, bolder, and continue to mock. I heard there is someone who thoroughly lambasted me. What is my offence? Because I told my people to fast for one hundred days, and I didn\u2019t ask them to fast. I didn\u2019t even ask anyone, not a Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) member, to fast.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; vertical-align: baseline; line-height: inherit; margin: 0in 0in 12.0pt 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif; color: #333333;\">\u201cOnly my children (church members) were those I asked to fast. God said it would happen. I was told that some people got so angry that they went to arrest the fellow. Please, release him. He is fulfilling the prophecy.
