Nigerian Christians of the Pentecostal faith will converge on Abuja for three days to celebrate as Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigerian (PFN) marks its 40th anniversary.<\/p>\n

Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre (DIGC), Paul Enenche, announced this during the crossover service on Tuesday night.<\/div>\n

Mr Enenche said the event will hold for three days from 12 to 14 February at the 100-000 seater Glory Dome of the Dunamis church on Airport Road, Abuja.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

He listed prominent clergymen who will minister at the event to include the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Enoch Adeboye,\u00a0 presiding Bishop of the Living Faith Church aka Winners Chapel, David Oyedepo, General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Bible Church, William Kumuyi,<\/div>\n

Mr Enenche\u00a0 who did not give further details of the programme, however, said the pentecostal Christian will embark on 40 days of prayer and fasting to mark the event.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

He enjoined DIGC members as the hosts of the anniversary to participate fully in the programme.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

PFN was founded in 1985. It is one of the five blocs of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), the umbrella body of all Christians in Nigeria.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

PFN has been led by seven presidents during its 40 years of existence.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The founding president was James Boyejo of the FourSquare Gospel Church (1985-1992), Enoch Adeboye of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (1992-1995), Benson Idahosa of Church of God Mission (1995-1998), Mike Okonkwo (1998-2005), Ayo Oritsejafor of Word of Life Bible Church (2005-2013), Felix Omobude of\u00a0 New Covenant Gospel Church (2013-2021), and the incumbent, Wale Oke of Sword of the Spirit Church, who assumed office in 2021.<\/div>\n
