In 2014, my wife developed a very serious abdominal pain that persisted for days. Upon investigation, it was discovered to be an ovarian cyst. There was no option other than for her to undergo an urgent surgical operation.
In the process of the surgery, the Professor (surgeon) who was carrying out the operation requested my attention on what he had discovered. He told me that because of the systemic damage to the organs, he would have to carry out a whole hysterectomy on her, which means that she would have to lose her womb, ovaries, and other vital reproductive organs, and that would make it impossible for her to have a baby for life. I had no choice than to consent to the operation in order to save her life.
The operation was successfully completed and she was rendered wombless.
On the 8th of January 2018, we commenced our 21 days fasting and prayer at Dunamis Int’l Gospel Centre. In the course of the prayer on the first day, I had a revelation from God and I needed a confirmation. Thank the Lord! It was confirmed by the song and the short word charge the Senior Pastor, Dr Paul Enenche gave that day. It was precise, apt and specific to my request from God.
Within the same month of January, I had the privilege of meeting the Senior Pastor together with my family for impartation for a spiritual shift in my life and ministry. In the course of our meeting, he fervently prayed for us, emptying a whole bottle of oil on us, and made some brutal prophetic declarations and pronouncements upon our lives. He also declared on my wife and said, “Anything not working in your life and destiny before from now, it shall begin to work……”
We left thinking that it was the usual prayer of a father over our lives. But February came and my wife started noticing some signs in her body as symptoms of pregnancy. Upon medical investigation, it was confirmed that she was pregnant. How can it happen, a woman without a womb getting pregnant? I asked.
But as the days went by, we discovered with the aid of scan that there was actually a baby in her. So, the gynaecologist requested that he should be allowed to personally monitor the pregnancy till delivery because of the peculiarity of her case, and I agreed.
On the 10th of October 2018, caesarean section was carried out on my wife and the baby was safely brought out with a weight of 4.5 kg. However, the medical team discovered that instead of the womb, it was rather a pouch-like enclosure that God created to house the baby for nine months. The sight was so strange and extremely scary that the nurses and young doctors had to run out of the theatre room. Indeed, the acts of God are incomparable and inexplicable. Nothing is impossible with this great God. Join me to return the entire glory to Him alone.
