The coronavirus plague currently ravaging the world is merely a consequence of power struggle between two nations, the Senior Pastor of Omega Fire Ministry, Auchi, Nigeria, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has said.

Church Times Nigeria reports that Suleman made the assertion in a mid-day broadcast on his online platform on Friday March 27.

The cleric, according to the report, said God told him while praying on Friday that coronavirus is a conspiracy between the two countries.

He did not however name the countries but said the conspiracy would backfire.

There were 566,084 confirmed cases of coronavirus with 25,401 deaths, according to worldometer, a platform that provides live updates on the coronavirus globally.

Meanwhile, almost 300, 000 people have recovered from the virus worldwide, following treatments, the public health tracker found.

With 93,151 confirmed cases, the U.S. is now the epicentre of the pandemic, surpassing China, where the virus broke out last December. China now has 81, 340 cases while Italy is third with over 80, 000 cases as at the time of reporting.

Of the 25,422 deaths so far recorded from the outbreak, Italy still has the highest – 8, 215, a development experts attributed to the country’s high number of aged people. 3, 292 deaths have been recorded in China, while the U.S. came has 1, 382 deaths.

“God says it is a power tussle and it is sliding towards the new world order. He said they are working on a vaccine and people will be given condition before they get the vaccine. And because people are desperate they will want the vaccine and they will be made to sign a treaty,” Suleman said.

“This affliction came from a bat and a serpent and the Lord said it was a conspiracy that went out of their hand. It was meant to be kept and taken to a nation and the nation to be polluted but it went out of their hand and killed them.”

Obviously expecting to be fiercely criticised, Suleman, who is known for certain accurate prophecies, said he would not be bothered by what people’s reactions, especially on the social media, would be.

“I will say what the Lord has told me. I heard it from the Lord. I will say it because it is a power tussle between two nations. I heard this from the Lord,” he said.

“When the Lord began to talk to me I had so much peace. There will be different natural disasters henceforth but those who know the Lord will be preserved. You have a legacy. Study the Bible.”

The apostle said the anti-christ is already in operation.

Suleman said people are being killed by the disease because “the wickedness of man has reached heaven.”

He said he would unveil in detail what he received from God during a special programme tagged “Fire Night.”
