Evangelist Daniel Kolenda, who succeeded Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke as head of the Christ for All Nations, would hold his first crusade in Nigeria from February 13 to 16.

Chairman of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) in Warri, Bishop Kingsley Enakirerhi, disclosed this on Thursday.

Bonnke, a German, died early December 2019 in the United States after preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ for about 60 years. He was succeeded by Kolenda.

Enakirerhi, who is the chairman of the planning committee, said the crusade themed “Great Gospel Crusade” would hold in Warri, Delta State.

“The crusade is being coordinated by the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Bishop of Anglican Communion, Catholic Church, Baptists, among others in Delta.

“We are witnesses to the great testimonies of Bonnke’s Ministry in Africa.

“We shall not forget how Bonnke held crusade in the 90s in Warri in the midst of the bitter Ijaw, Urhobo and Itsekiri crisis, and after his prayers, peace returned to Warri.

“Delta is privileged to be the first host of Great Gospel Crusade after the demise of Bonnke.”

He said the crusade would attract over a million people, adding that the organisers were already mobilising vehicles that would convey people from Delta communities.

“So, we expect over one million people to attend the crusade,” Enakirerhi said.

“We are mobilising vehicles to convey people from all the communities in Delta. Boat are also provided to bring people from the riverine communities.”

The clergyman further stated that the governor of Delta State, Ifeanyi Okowa, would be the Special Guest of Honour at the four days crusade, adding that adequate security arrangement had been made.

According to him, the police, FRSC personal and other security agencies are involved in the security arrangement.
